We save you money by repairing your turbine when the bearings go out instead of requiring the purchase of a new turbine everytime. On high speeds we carefully remove the old bearings and replace them with new bearings that meet or exceed the original manufacturer specifications. We replace all worn O-rings and any other components that are too worn for proper performance. If your turbine is too worn for repair we might recommend replacing it. Above is an extremely enlarged picture of bearing cages. from left to right they appear from new to worn out. Bearing cages are what keep the ball bearings evenly spaced and running smooth. The autoclave and use break down the bearing cages. This failure allows for displacement of ball bearings and your handpiece grinds to a stop.
